Pros
Salary and that's it. Cannot think of anything positive apart from a few staff the management team really poor especially in HR
Cons
Do not take problems seriously, they are a Bear Sterns in the waiting. Too many whistle blowers that are sacked and not taken seriously. Management covering up constantly. Especially in OT&F, breaking the laws is standard operating practise for Resourcing, HR and Procurment
