Pros
I had a generally positive experience overall, as I was treated well by the lovely staff. However, I did notice that for some people of color, there might be additional challenges that need to be addressed.
One major concern was the equipment provided, which I found to be quite challenging to use and often very slow. Additionally, the systems in place tended to be sluggish, which can be frustrating at times.
There's definitely room for improvement in these areas, but I appreciate the staff’s efforts in making the experience pleasant.
