Everyone’s really friendly and they’re big on a no blame culture which helps people not feel bad about making mistakes and allows everyone to focus on creating solutions for problems instead of back biting to assign blame
Cons
Wages are not always reflective of the market and depending on the role room for progression can be a bit limited
