You will get addicted to this company and will not be in a position where u can decide if you want to stay or go People are technically very strong
Cons
Too much work Common shift is 11 to 8 Biggest prob is cab will pick you 45 minutes early in the morning and will leave 25 min later in the eve I have seen politics in other teams Hike is meagre Proposed ctc at the time of joining is very clever as it looks too big but in hand is very less Promotion doesnot in your money Have to wait 2-3 years for each promotion Some teams are filled with relatives of managers so beware 0 or minimal onsite although u can see many outsiders in india office
