      Salary and financial benefits are good.

      Cons

      Politics and favoring one single person. They lost the entire technical team just for that reason in Mexico and half the technical team in Atlanta office.

      Too much politics in the team. Nobody stays for more than 2 years. Also they like you as long as you do their job. The moment you ask for a raise or a change they immediately intentionally make your life difficult
