Pros
It’s a perfect place for someone who just want to have their 9-5 done, and leave work absolutely behind outside of working hours. Opportunity for growth can be there but on an extremely slow manner. If you get a good manager, you’re lucky and you can change the world. The pay is locally good. Outside of the borders worth nothing. People usually nice and approachable.
Cons
I only list the most important ones: - slow career development - things will only change very-very slowly - westerner agenda brainwashing every day - meaning you have to take classes, courses, and write it in your quarterly and yearly reports how you contribute to the DEI… (some people are ok with it) - very ignorant leadership
