Compensation doesn't match the big brand name of the company Top-down culture with decisions thrusted on you rather than being discussed Dishonest in terms of company performance feedback - pays on the decline citing bad company performance while the CEO says quite the opposite in townhalls on the same day. Preference to people building good relations/ networking with managers over performance. Over demanding in work but underpaying during compensation discussions
