Pros
Good exposure to operational aspects of the investment industry. Decent PTO and 401K contributions are reasonable if you make it the the three year vesting period. Initial pay better than some of the larger competitors.
Cons
Minimal to no career or compensation growth. Almost impossible to move internally, especially out of an operations role. There is a greater focus on automation and outsourcing than individuals. At all levels they tend to hire externally instead of promoting internally.
