      Pros

      It's a job... if you like the cold great for you, if you like being on your feet 12 hours a day it's for you ...if you like being treated like a piece of garbage. ...

      Cons

      Management has no clue, new equipment is ageing fast no PMS getting done, constant breakdowns , it's just a matter of time before they fold. It's a shame everyone had high hopes.
