      The people you work with on a day to day basis are all great people! They’re also quite flexible in terms of WFH/hybrid arrangements

      Pay is terrible, and transparency from higher up is getting worse and worse

      Pros

      CDW is a solid contracting company. Any time I had an issue or concern they responded quickly and provided clear paths to resolution. Communication was consistent and they handled problems professionally without leaving you to figure things out on your own.

      Cons

      As with most contract roles, there is limited visibility into long-term opportunities beyond the assigned engagement.
