      Pros

      Good Work Culture, Good work life balance, Pay is also good. Onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      Everything is run by the managers and managers are promoted with no management skills. No personal growth or focus. Be a dump after working here. If you are a self learner then it is a good place as you will get enough time. Most of the project is either running very old and continuing. HR is no where in the picture.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
