Pros
Other bu's in Cargill aren't this dysfunctional. Other bu's actually hold employees, no matter the level, accountable. Other bu's don't have his much turnover.
Cons
Hr is in Minneapolis and is absolutely terrible. They have zero pulse on the plant and make decisions not fully understanding the true impact, even from a dollar perspective. The overall disconnect with spwd and mn is awful. Absolutely no opportunity for development.
