I like working for Cargill, I think that it's a good company with a lot to offer employees. The size of scope of Cargill can be overwhelming and encouraging at the same time.
Cons
Very complex. Trying to navigate Cargill can be difficult even after many years of working in the Cargill. Development is something that you have get on your own and can be difficult to get.
