There is not one single pro to working for this company.
Cons
Work non stop with barely 30 minutes to eat, they advertise a comp lunch .. nope.. and for the work you do, your paid peanuts... stay away. You'll make more money holding a sign on the freeway.

Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.
Cons
In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
