      -work with great people -free meal every day you work -50% off discount when you come in on your day off -they pay for 90% of college after you've worked there for a year -paid sick days

      Cons

      -corporate changes the way things are done all the time -Management picks and chooses who rules apply too

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
