      Fast Paced Environment Great company structure Food is honest and clean

      Cons

      Hard labor, not many people can be overworked for months at a time and handle it mentally. Unrealistic standards at times but all can be solved by more experienced and intelligent management.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
