      Pros

      There are a lot of career opportunities at chipotle. One of chipotles policies is to care about their workers. They offer a lot of benefits, bonuses, raises, and other awesome things for their employees. It creates a comfortable and happy work environment.

      Cons

      It's always busy so it's constant work. It's better than having a boring job but from time to time the work load can get a bit stressful since customers are constantly lined up to the door throughout the entire day.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
