Pros

Free shift meal and this is the best thing I have to say.

Cons

I applied at the deer field location. I assume because of my experience I was tricked into driving to a much further location under the guise of being manager of my own store. I was hesitant especially after the interview in which I was informed I would only be making $12 after seeing advertisements for $14+. Come to find out that is the MANAGER wage. I was told to show up on Saturday after agreeing to start on Monday and there was no one to train me on Saturday, so I had wasted my time and gas before the job even started which was not a good first impression as it showed me they had no communication among management. Well the work was standard, but it is nonstop. You don't get a moment to rest, except for your allotted 30 minute break. I was yelled at to be in two places at once. As soon as I did a directive I was being yelled at for not also doing another task across the store simultaneously. They pay me as 1 worker, but expect the output of 3. An irate customer came in and started a fight with an employee and threaten another customer to fight outside and the management did nothing but stare. If the man had not left himself I have no doubt we still would have served him. At the end of the day, I didn't make enough hourly to even order a bowl if I didn't have a discount. Garbage wage, garbage management, and to top it all off the a/c was nonfunctional, so I was drenched in sweat my entire shift. miserable working conditions for very little money.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
