      pays the bills, gives you some management experience, really grow close to your employees and learn how to work well with others

      Cons

      greatly underpaid for management, under staffed, always trying to use as few amount of people possible to do the most amount of work.

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
