- No quality control. Make whatever you want however you want. No one really cares unless they are buying it.
- Bad eggs are never fired. They’re there until they cross a major line, like causing an actual scene, a crime, etc. But overall, people who don’t do their job can stay as long as they like.
- No gusto. No one cares about doing quality work, just garbage level quality
