None, they are slave drivers, keep saying they don't want to overload "Associates", and mental health is important. Lies
Cons
You're expected to complete 2-3 people's work with no support, just get on with it, if you don't like it, "we'll help you move to another job". Not overloading staff? Maybe hire the appropriate staffing levels to cover maternity leave, sickness, a holiday, they don't come back to two weeks of work untouched and hundreds of emails. Fingerprint clocking in and out, no work from home in the middle of a oil crisis, more redundancies.
