More redundancies again this past month,hard working staff pushed out,experienced more again in the summer,what the @#£% are you doing to us???.The only assets crane needs are aerospace/silicone sections at druck,staff are so fed up,demoralised crap pay,no appreciation from senior management (they know who they are..),materials being held back at certain departments, due to overbudgeting,stock below $1000 must not be booked in for a week, screwed up wage rises (3.5 %),below minimum wage increases 4.1% as per government policy it SHOULD BE.You know what close the whole place down ,because that what it feels like hard working staff are beyond all the lies,false promises when crane came in it's a massive waste heap you have created it stinks of neglect, lies,you don't deserve anything crane co.

You're expected to complete 2-3 people's work with no support, just get on with it, if you don't like it, "we'll help you move to another job". Not overloading staff? Maybe hire the appropriate staffing levels to cover maternity leave, sickness, a holiday, they don't come back to two weeks of work untouched and hundreds of emails. Fingerprint clocking in and out, no work from home in the middle of a oil crisis, more redundancies.
