On the work life balance - this is CRITICAL that you've raised it, we're glad. When we're a company with the fast growth like we've had, that absolutely rolls down onto people pretty quickly. The growth is exciting. Sometimes the expectations can be challenging. The only thing I'd leave you with is if this is unreasonable or untenable, please speak to your leadership about this! Raise it.
