Pros

Good development programme, very competitive salary, generous benefits, company culture values Corporate Social Responsibility, good graduate network.

Cons

Very high levels of redundancies, yearly cut to staff with graduates affected. Chances of being at risk of redundancy over the course of the programme extremely high. A high proportion of graduates from my intake have now been made redundant since 2015, myself included. This has real impacts on staff morale and causes great uncertainty among the graduates (and everyone else employed in the organisation). Far fewer graduates finish the course than start it. There are other graduate schemes out there with same benefits/development without the risk.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
