The most outstanding thing about Databricks is the cooperative nature of the organisation. You go to any team member from any shift including Managers and higher officials, everyone is there to help you always, no questions asked. Everyone in here is always pushing and motivating you to learn new things and evolve your self.
Cons
As our products are art of the state technologies, it's evolving at Godspeed. Sometimes this boon becomes a bit challenging for us as well to keep pace with it. But with the kind of minds you get here, it becomes easier.
