Management. Manager made me work in other departments that not only was I not trained in, but it made my job difficult. My job role was Travel Money Advisor, lone working, I bought and sold currency from a small booth. The manager would often tell me to go and work on the click and collect desk as thry had no staff there, which in turn would see a queue of customers forming outside the travel Money booth, and customers would complain that they coukdnt get served. The Manager was a bit of a bully, and would often shout at me, and would say that I was the "weakest link" whatever that meant. I told her that I was unable to be in two places at once and I didn't know what she wanted from me, I found it impossible to man two desks at the same time! Safe to say I left after only a few months. My other colleagues who also worked in the booth, left, with one quitting abruptly after telling her to "shove her job" as he was fed up of her bullying him and talking to him like crap. Can't say I blamed him!
