-Mangers dont care for their team members future/technical skills.
-Mangers just want the work to be done. They dont even see if there is any value add by doing that work or if it can be done more efficiently or effectively.
-Few team members try to get their work done for the sake of it. They dont even understand why are they even doing it.
-Hiring is very bad. I dont even understand why they hire people with zero technical skills.
-Too much politics.
-Very low pay compared to the market standard.
-The upper management does not even listen to the employee feedback.
-No recognition
