growth is through IJP which in most cases are filled up by manager favorite members. Very challenging to get through an IJP for promotion. A lot value on manager's feedback and hence have to admire your boss every time. Those who are good at blind admiration will get a free hand and interfere in your work, eventually taking credits of your work and leading to promotion and salary hike. Not a place for those who have technical inclination. Only for those who either a good sycophants or have an immense patience. Not recommending for people having more than 8+ experience and definitely not for people with 12+. Work load in increasing day by day because they do not reduce the ratio of experienced resource from onsite and hence forcing to include 80% of team of 0-4 yrs exp.
Few oldies are involved in their own personal business and they operate from the office premises. They have no concern for any one, neither professionally nor on human grounds and ruining the career of many young aspirants.
