Pros
They constantly have food around so you rarely have to buy breakfast or lunch. The campus is nice and clean. Benefits are good.
Cons
Very stressful environment even though they try to make it seem like it is not. They will write you up when you first start for missing your quota even though you still have no idea what you are doing. They admit you are still "new" to the position even a year in. Training is a joke. They tell you nothing that you actually need to know to do your job and to possibly avoid getting written up. They expect your co-workers to train you on everything which is annoying because you constantly have to bother your co-workers and they have their own work to do. I left because I was tired of hearing people cry on a regular basis over the stress. I just don't believe work should make people cry. You can only work from home if you have been there 9 months and you are 100% to your goal in the month before. You will put in looong hours, if you want to be successful and you will feel guilty about taking your vacation time off because your quota will not be adjusted and you will come back to work being behind in quota and possibly risking your work from home. The pay does not justify the workload.
