- A consistent paycheck - Working remotely (though I have never felt more isolated in my life) - Great flexibility for Dr appts / personal things
Cons
- Dell has gone super cheap on everything. - They may tell you that they're going to pay bonuses at 118%.. but then won't mention to you that they're only paying for half of the year.. you'll find out when you get the check in the mail. - Management has no idea what they're doing. - Management is trying to outsource everything again. - Customer has lost all trust in our team due to management cheap-ing out on everything. - Management will remind you that you're expendable. - Many colleagues have been 'promoted' to architect or manager roles without any compensation increase. Expectation to do more work for the same amount of money, even if it justifies a 10-30+% pay bump.
