Pros

1. Flexibility to transition between roles and teams within the company, fostering career growth and skill development. 2. Ample exposure to senior leadership, providing valuable learning opportunities and mentorship. 3. As the company continues to grow, employees have the chance to explore new challenges and expand their expertise. 4. A diverse product portfolio offers exposure to various client requirements and use cases, enhancing industry knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Cons

Constant changes and restructuring put employees in a state of fight-or-flight, diverting their focus from giving their best effort. This instability can ultimately reduce engagement, productivity, and long-term loyalty to the company.

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
