Pros

Had a great time, though the team I was working with was quite unique. Good benefits like time off.

Cons

Leadership had a lot of changes in thee time that I was there and it ended in the company being sold off to CapOne. CapOne made a lot of promises when they first acquired Discover, but it became very clear that all they were looking for was to take the assets and portfolio of Discover and ditch the rest.
