Pros

I loved the discover enviroment at first. Very fun and upbeat, training was fantastic, they take a lot of pride in performance and reward well.

Cons

Went through a very tumultuous process where employees were 'weeded' out and laid off. Often employees are treated like just a body to fill a seat. If you are overqualified you will be suspected and not trusted. Training quality dropped significantly.
