Very Poor Training - Anonymous employee Discover Employee Review

I sat in a training class for 4 weeks and then they pushed us out on the floor and gave us no guidance or further instruction. They just dinged us with "defects" for everything that was done wrong. From what other employees said, for all the people they are hiring through the front door, they are pushing that many out through the back door. I'm not sure what their point is.
