Decent PTO, you're able to move around different departments and expand your skills
Cons
Took away WFH by mandating 3 days in office. Poor communication by leadership. This company used to feel like employee oriented but since David Nelms left its just about numbers. DFS made historical profit with everyone was working from home, and now mandating everyone to be onsite. payscale is poor and not competitive.
