Pros
The hiring process was pleasant and rewarding. First six week of training was knowledgeable and worth it. The instructor was very helpful and you felt like you learned something after each class. We were on calls starting week two, which was suppose to help us once we were assigned a team lead (TL).
Cons
Once on the floor everything changed. TL were saying forget what we learned in class, everything is different once on the floor. You can be written up on the first day on the floor, after training if you are not careful. Mistakes are not tolerated. You spend more time in calibration with your TL than working on the phone. You mainly hear what you do wrong and very little of what you did right. If you get a great call, the TL may still find something wrong with the call. It is very intimidating. Everyone from my class are feeling this way right now, today.
