      Lots of flexibility and the ability to steer the research towards your are of interest. Working with a bunch of smart people on a very wide range of projects. Relaxed atmosphere and laid back management style. Ultimate life/work balance.

      Limited growth opportunities and it's hard to engage with other parts of the business sometimes.
