You work with some amazing people, that care about you on a personal level.
Cons
Everything is going down hill... every other day there is a layoff, or they are refusing to backfill a role. Employees end up doing 2 or 3 jobs with no recognition or increased compensation. They don't invest in their human capital, Eastman University is a time consuming joke!
