Historically a sound company with great values a solid foundation. Many great individuals working hard to meet goals and objectives.
Cons
Recently focused on “streamlined workflows” that fail but remains a corporate mandate despite design flaws. Work life balance is terrible if you’re trying to do all that is required. Recognition of extra efforts often ignored . systematically overloading workers to do “ only what’s important “ resulting in jobs that can never be completed and increasing safety ruu in ska and moral.
