Pay is incredibly low for job expectations and quality of people doing the job. Culture only applies to the financial advisers. Limited possibilities for growth or development within company that allows for long term associates. Home office associates are not compensated for their abilities or their experience and salaries are not consistent or competitive with industry competitors.
