      Pros

      - Great training - Support from other Financial Advisors in the area - Company events - Potential for high earnings

      Cons

      - The role feels very independent (no collaboration) - Prospecting strategies can feel uncomfortable (Door-knocking, Cold-Calling, Community Events) - No room for career growth (10+ years down the road, the most you will amount to is a Financial Advisor), you need to be committed to it for the long haul

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
