Where to start. No matter what they say this is mainly a SALES SALES SALES position. That’s all they care about.
1. They will aim to stab your confidence and self esteem by hovering over you whilst you make “conf calls” (as if you need a degree to have a chat to a mum or dad) to make themselves feel like they’re doing some big important job.
2. Most two faced people you will ever meet in your life. Explore culture = FAKE HAPPY ALL THE TIME. They will smile to your face and then discuss you not being able to stop a family leaving with the regional manager behind your back.
3. They will say anything they want to you and sugar coat it by saying it’s “constructive feedback”
4. The company very smartly give you fancy titles when really you’re pretty much an after school nanny.
5. Be prepared to clean POO and sick. Children get sick quite often...
6. Be prepared to lose your social life!!!! You will get told “emm well if you don’t make all your conf calls, then you don’t leave the centre“
7. Fake people everywhere. You have too be excited all the time, that’s exhausting.
8. Money an assistant director makes is reachable for a tutor. Go figure.
9. You will have to RMU which means you will have to carry very heavy equipment (I hurt myself 6 times) and stand for hours begging people to give you their details.
Don’t make the mistake of applying!
