Good pay, company listen to staff, interacting with members and parents

    Cons

training can be 8pm-10pm which is late for young adults especially if you're working that day too.

    Application

The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Explore Learning in July 2014.

    Interview

It was an in-depth process with an assessment day. I felt it was quite a good way of finding out more about the candidates.
Felt that the feedback from the process wasn’t as strong as it could be.
