Pros
I have worked here for a long time and I am very thankful for my experience and the opportunities I have received. The products are great and very competitive in the market. There is a good culture and people are great to work with. The company tends to recognize talent and provide opportunities for those individuals.
Cons
As a public company, they are quick to tighten budgets on compensation, travel, hiring, etc. I have seen improvement in the area of client related expenses where they have realized they cannot constrain this and grow the business. Upper management deserves credit for recognizing when something didn’t work. However, compensation still needs improvement and also benefits in some countries.
