Work/life balance, pay and benefits, LEAP training program, opportunities for advancement, recognition for good work (I have a great manager and team, there's only so much the company can do vs the people you work with), internal moves not only available but encouraged. Tons of discounts, from cell phone bill to cars. NC offices received new desks that can raise and lower ans well as two huge monitors
Cons
Some people can be difficult to deal with, but that applies to any job anywhere. That's about it in terms of the company itself.
