Pros
Work/Life balance. There is not much stress and I have learned a lot during my time.
Cons
Benefits really took a step down in 2017. Premiums were increased as well as deductibles. Pay has been stagnant and many people have moved on. It has been difficult to move up as management seems happy to have experienced people leave and replace with less experienced (and less expensive) candidates.
