Pros
9-5; work life balance is good. Wont be called off hours or really expected to work past 5PM. This is a place you can slowly melt away into obscurity if that is what you want.
Cons
No-one has a clue. Directors “work” from home 4+ days a week. By work I mean hit the spa and golf course. No accountability or managing of employees. No vision, planning and poor execution across the board. Not much work gets done. When it does it is poorly planned and redone multiple times. No communication or guidance. Stuck with people who have been there 20+ years and are stuck in a pre tech mindset. If you are a self starter or have any ambition of any kind this is NOT the place for you.
