Below MD levels, good teamwork. Interesting job scopes.
Cons
Lack of transparency in key senior management decisions. Company majority owned by an individual and decisions made to please him. Management has very short term mentality - focusing only on cutting costs. At the end of the day, it is not fun to be #3 in a duopolistic industry.
