Management is hilariously bad. May have just been my hotel, but I don't think it is. Company philosophy is to hire newly minted hospitality undergraduates and "mold" them to the company culture. Result is 22 year old kids "managing" 20+ year industry professionals, results are pretty much what you would expect. Lots of ladder climbing types so there was very little consistency in managers, they hop from property to property looking for the next rung. The money in the restaurant made it tolerable, but it was extremely unfun at times. Prepare to work most holidays as well, but the money is generally good on those days (for the tipped employees)
