they are just a bunch of idiots who obsess over breaks instead of focusing on real issues we have, such as lack of people, management and many other things that I will not stay here to list. they over control you, micromanage you and make you feel like you are in some kind of prison. 5 min break every hour is ridiculous, and if you exceed it of even 10 seconds they will attack you immediately. according to them, we can't even go to the toilet, feel sick or simply BE HUMANS. many of us are literally in the position to write it when we have to go to the toilet. idiots idiots idiots, and that's not enough to describe them. plus, it's clearly visible that there is some favoritism towards people who are friends with them. I get assigned with a task and there is over 8 of us online, yet they refuse to let me go on task management "because we are not enough people today", while their friends are allowed even if we are only 3 people available (and they allow them in general to do what they want, they will not face any conseguences). many times I have to work alone because of this nonsense. many times I have also explained that I have some pretty serious health related issues, nobody seemed to understand. there is zero understanding in general. and then they will talk about mental health, diversity, and all that. when I started here I thought it was a serious company, who cares about employees, but those were just words. terrible experience. terrible burn out and mental health issues. 100% do NOT recommend. I'm in resignation process and without any other job, yet I am fully happy about this decision. better poor than having to work with such people and in such conditions.
